Who we are
Ordeer is built by Codeer Labs — a software team combining deep experience in software engineering, fintech and payments with advanced AI-assisted development. We build the infrastructure modern businesses need, starting with EPOS and the connected technology around it. Our goal is to make powerful business software easier to build, easier to use and far more accessible.
Our vision
EPOS should be free. Businesses should only pay when they choose more advanced technology around it — integrations, ecommerce, payments, automation, data and AI.

Why we started
This idea started long before Ordeer.
Since 2014, I have been involved with POS software and the businesses that depend on it.
Over the years I kept seeing the same problem: independent shops, restaurants and other businesses were paying every month just to use software that was often basic, rigid and essential to running their day.
The technology industry changed, but that model largely stayed the same.
Today, modern cloud technology, better development tools and AI have changed what is possible. Software can be designed, built and improved far more efficiently than before.
That created an opportunity to do something we had wanted to do for years: build genuinely capable EPOS software and make the software itself available without a licence fee.
That is the idea behind Ordeer.
